USOS:
A: "Be going to" se usa para planes e intenciones de cara al futuro:
They are going to plant a tree
B:"Be going to" también se usa para expresar la certeza de que algo ocurrirá en un futuro cercano.
She's going to have a baby
"Will" se usa para hacer predicciones sobre el futuro:
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "BE GOING TO" AND "WILL"
“Be going to” implica que
hay señales de que algo ocurra en el futuro.
“Will” implica que el hablante cree que algo ocurrirá en el futuro.
Ejemplos:
The lift is going to break down (implica que está haciendo ruidos
extraños...)
The lift will break down. (Sucederá en algún momento del futuro)
