    Here's my solutions:
    A, 4.- Hit the books= To start studying seriously.
    B, 6.- Read between the lines = To understand what someone really means, or what is really happening in a situation.
    C, 1.- To be on the same page= To have the same understanding or the same opinion as someone else.
    D, 2.- A bookworm= someone who reads a lot.
    E, 3.- An open book= It is easy to know what they are thinking and feeling.
    F, 5.- Don’t judge a book by its cover= Don’t form an opinion about something or (someone) just based on appearance.
